We provide translations of materials and documents, as well as website localization, including proofreading by a native speaker of the target language. We are happy to handle translations for any common or less common language combinations. Most requested language combinations

Although we specialize in translations to and from English, German, and French, we can provide any common or less common language combination. The most requested language combinations for translation are:

• Slovak to English,
• Slovak to German,
• French to Slovak,
• English to Slovak,
• German to Slovak,
• Polish to Slovak, and
• Slovak to Hungarian.

Translation rates

• €0.09 excl. VAT per source word, or €22.50 per standard page
  • The price of the translation may be lower or higher depending on the complexity of the text
• €0.03 excl. VAT per source word for proofreading in Slovak
• €0.038 excl. VAT per source word for proofreading in English and German
• Upon signing a long-term cooperation agreement, we will provide you with a 2.5% discount on all services.
• We will promptly send you an accurate and binding price quote for every translation project.
• The translation and interpreting price list is valid for 2025. All prices are exclusive of VAT.

• Special discounted rates for certified translations:
  • Certified translations to and from all common languages - €30 excl. VAT per standard page, for volumes of 1 - 3 pages.
  • If the text for a certified translation exceeds 250 words per page = 1 standard page, we will calculate the price based on the number of standard pages.
  • The price per standard page for certified translations applies even if the text does not reach a full standard page. In such cases, the price is rounded up to the nearest whole page.
  • Additional copy of a certified translation - €5 excl. VAT per piece

Terms and conditions for translation services

1. For all translation services, we will first send you a price quote in the form of an order.
2. If you agree with the price and delivery terms stated in the order, please confirm it via email.
3. We will then send you an invoice - a tax document issued based on your order.
4. If you are a new individual customer, your first three orders will be invoiced via proforma invoice, and services will be delivered upon payment. You can also pay for services in cash in advance or upon collection of the translation at our office. Payment by credit card is also accepted. We can also send translated texts via cash-on-delivery.
5. If you are a new corporate customer, your first three orders exceeding €50 will be invoiced via proforma invoice, and services will be delivered upon payment.
6. Claims and objections regarding the quality of our services are accepted if confirmed by a third-party independent and qualified expert, selected by mutual agreement, or if we acknowledge them as valid ourselves. Should deficiencies in the delivered services be proven in this manner, we will rectify them at our own expense.

Professional translation technologies

Do you require a translation in TRADOS or another CAT tool? We are happy to accommodate you.

CAT (Computer-Aided Translation) tools are software programs for translating texts. Their advantages include:

• higher translation speed (the software automatically suggests translations for recurring parts of the text),
• the software automatically creates a terminology database that can be used for future translations,
• high accuracy and consistency are achieved, as well as uniformity of texts (consistency in the words and phrasing used).

For these reasons, CAT tools are primarily used by larger companies when translating large volumes of documentation that require precise and consistent terminology. Common CAT tools include: SDL TRADOS, WORDFAST, MemoQ, and DejaVu.
