TERMS OF PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

The supplier provides all services based on the customer's written order.

| 2. |
The customer has the right to request a free preliminary written quote for specific services.
|
| 3. |
The deadline for delivery of services and the amount of financial reward for perfoming them will be set by mutual agreement between customer and supplier as documented by the supplier's written price quote and confirmed by the customer's written order.

| 4. |
The supplier issues an invoice in the customer's name for all ordered and performed services. This invoice also serves as a tax document. After the customer pays the invoiced sum to the supplier's account or cash desk, the supplier will deliver their services to the customer in printed form, by fax or by e-mail.

The supplier reserves the right to issue an advanced payment invoice for all services with a price higher then EUR 300 and to make the delivery of services conditional on a payment to the supplier's account or in cash of the price of the total volume of services performed for the customer thus far.

Complaints and claims against the quality of delivered services will be accepted by the supplier only when confirmed by an independent and skilled professional third party person or body selected on the basis of mutual agreement of both the customer and the supplier or when the supplier itself recognises them as being valid. If in this way shortcomings are demonstrated on services delivered, the supplier is obliged to correct them at its own expense.
